Would it be hazardous for me to use it? Should the seller secure sold it second-hand? I am having peculiar thoughts, close to using something on my main part that someone else has employed. I am not tried if there was any blood speak to, but i don't wanna bamboozle any chances. Anyone entertain any ideas?

Dear Diane: There are a number of online marketing offers of kits that last wishes as convert your car to "run on water," but these should be viewed skeptically.
